Turn right on US 70 east, E Garner Bagnal Blvd, for 21 miles. This will take you into downtown Salisbury. Turn right on Innes St.(south) for 2.4 miles. After passing under I-85 go to 1st light , turn right, then next right on Bendix Dr. go .3 mi to Tilley'sFrom the south (SC/NC border): Take I-77 north for 13 miles to I-85 east. Take I-85 east for 37 miles to exit 76A. At the end of ramp turn right, right at the light and right on Bendix Dr, go .3 mi to Tilley's. From the west (TN/NC border): Take I-40 east for 150 miles to exit 152A, I-77 south. Take I-77 south for 3 miles to exit 49A, Turn right on US 70 east, E Garner Bagnal Blvd, for 21 miles.
